Pick Up Orders

We are offering orders online to be picked up at our store-front for no additional cost. Most orders traditionally take 1-5 business days pull/produce (the order is not instantly ready for pick up as soon as you check out online). Customized orders take additional production daysYou will get automatic updates on your account to the email you signed up with. You can also log in and see your order history to view your status.

July 1st - Sept. 1st is Considered Prime Season.

To avoid delays, We HIGHLY suggest putting your orders prior to Prime Season or as early as possible. *Orders in prime season may require an additional 1-15 business days.* You will get automatic updates on your account to the email you signed up with. Returns Policy

*Items with school logo embroidered, and all items with a custom name, or customization are non-returnable/non-refundable* Every student and parent is able to visit in our local store for sizing to ensure fit to minimize ordering the wrong size.

 

**All bottoms & Jumpers (Pants, Shorts, & Skirts/Skorts, Jumpers & Plaid) are non-returnable,non-refundable, and non exhangable. Sales are final. We do not allow exhanges or refunds**  Every student and parent is able to visit in our local store for sizing to ensure fit to minimize ordering the wrong size.

 

***All Approved Returns/Exchange's items must have tags and not be worn/washed***
